Terms
Terms of Use
Short version: only scan websites you own or have permission to test, and treat the report as a helpful automated check — not a guarantee.
Only scan with permission
You may only use SiteGuard against websites you own, or whose owner has given you permission to test. The VAPT checks actively probe the target site. Testing someone else's site without permission can be illegal where you live — you are responsible for every address you submit.
What the report is
SiteGuard is an automated, non-intrusive check of publicly visible information. It is provided "as is", with no warranty. A clean report does not mean a site is safe — the scanner can miss problems, and it can occasionally flag something that turns out to be fine. It is not a substitute for a professional security assessment.
Fair use
Scans are limited to 10 per hour so the free service stays usable for everyone. Don't try to disrupt SiteGuard or any scanned site, and don't use reports to misrepresent a site you don't control.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions made or losses suffered based on a SiteGuard report. Checking and securing your website remains your responsibility.
Changes
These terms may be updated; the current version always lives on this page. Continuing to use SiteGuard after a change means you accept the updated terms.
